April Miller, Regional Sales Director – Arizona
April C. Miller, Regional Sales Director at Workway/BancForce Professional Staffing, is a 20-year sales, marketing, Human Resources, recruiting and management veteran. In the last 16 years, she helped open and develop one of the strongest Administrative and Finance division niche professional staffing firms in the Valley. Her firm has served as a preferred affiliate to the Arizona Bankers Association and as a liaison to the Arizona Credit Union League.
She has also served as National PR spokesperson for the division; and has been featured in The Credit Union Times, The Business Journal and top 10 in their Book of Lists in 2018; others. April grew up in Prescott, Arizona, and received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Hotel/Restaurant Management from NAU in Flagstaff in 1991, with an emphasis in Resort Management and HR. Her dynamic ability to network is highly evident through her many community affiliations over the years. She was and is on the 2012-2013, 2015-2016, 2017-18 and 2018-19 Board of Directors for Phoenix Rotary 100, formerly holding the positions of Sergeant-at-Arms, Secretary and event co-chair multiple times.
She is also past Membership Board Liaison for SHRM of Greater Phoenix and has been Membership Board Director at both the chapter and state levels for Arizona Association of Mortgage Professionals, where in 2014 and 2016 she won Affiliate of the Year. She is currently the Director for the AZSHRM State Conference; is also in Leadership and on the Membership Committee for the Arizona Mortgage Lenders Association. Other current and past affiliations include The Presidents’ Club of Phoenix, Arizona Mortgage Lenders Association, Maricopa County Bar Association, Social Chair of Women’s Success Referral Group (WSRGS), National Association of Professional Mortgage Women, Greater Phoenix Chamber of Commerce, People Investing in People (PIP), Deer Valley Connections and It’s Networking, Baby (INB)!
