Ashley Hoover is a staffing executive with leadership skills in business development, strategic sales growth, and enrichment of outreach campaigns to heighten brand awareness. A consummate sales leader, Ashley has developed and built sales & recruitment teams that are creative in discovering new talent who possess a demonstrated strength in the mortgage, banking, finance, and the real estate profession.
Her “skill marketing” business strategy produces candidates that best fit her clients’ needs. Ashley’s expertise is truly creating opportunities for her clients to capitalize and augment their workforce with employees that bring value to their operation. Her innovative social media marketing programs attract the client’s target market while reinforcing strategic hiring initiatives.
In May 2011, Ashley joined Workway as the Los Angeles Market Manager, where she built and secured the most profitable division. She has since been promoted to the VP of Sales for Workway and relocated to Dallas, TX to continue to expand Workway’s growth initiatives on a national basis. Prior to joining Workway in 2011, Ashley was Division Director for Robert Half International Los Angeles providing staffing solutions for the Accounting and Finance profession.
Ashley earned a Bachelor of Arts in Retail Marketing from Lindenwood University in St. Louis, Missouri.
