This is a hunting role in which you will be responsible for adding new accounts for our recruiting team to work with. With our competitive base-plus-commission pay structure there is no limit to the amount of money you can earn with us, as all of our commissions are uncapped. Job Responsibilities 

As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for networking and prospecting for new client companies with which we can place our professional candidates. Once you get a signed contract from a new client, you will send it along to our Recruiters for account management and fulfillment of job orders. It is important that you research potential clients as well as our list of candidates and resumes to ensure that you are making value-added contacts and sales calls.  Your specific duties as a Sales Manager will include:

  • Executing a call planning strategy aimed at maximizing daily call time with prospective real estate and banking industry clients
  • Engaging in local community networking and developing local partnerships in order to generate new business
  • Acquiring and developing a portfolio of local accounts and neighboring businesses in order to generate revenue streams across all products and services in the local market
  • Hitting your minimum Key Performance Indicators on a weekly basis
  • Adhering to Social Media policies
  • Meeting or exceeding all sales targets/metrics, such as price & margin, revenue targets and calls/visits
  • Performing pre-call research on companies, industries and our lists of available talent
  • Reactivating lapsed client accounts

Requirements :

As the Sales Manager role is commission-enhanced, you need to be a hungry and driven hunter type with a strong motivation to exceed goals – both the company’s and your own! This position also requires that you be a consultative and strategic thinker with an outgoing personality and the ability to easily establish rapport with a wide range of prospective clients. Specific qualifications for the Sales Manager role include:

  • High school diploma or GED; Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 1 years experience in a similar role; staffing experience strongly preferred
  • Proven track record of success in selling products or service solutions through direct sales within a business-to-business sales environment
  • Strong computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with CRM systems; Bullhorn a plus
  • Valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle
  • Strong time-management skills and the ability to consistently hit KPIs
  • Experience in making presentations to groups of prospects
  • Professional and clear communication skills coupled with the ability to network at high level and build strong business relationships.
  • Proven objection handling, prospecting and negotiation skills
  • Willingness to put in extra hours as necessary
  • Experience in the lending, mortgage or financial industries a plus
  • Background in public relations or marketing a plus
