Job Responsibilities 

As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for the entire placement process – sourcing and interviewing candidates, working with our clients in order to determine their specific staffing needs, and ultimately making just the right job matches. Your specific duties will include:

  • Sourcing qualified candidates utilizing online job boards, social media and networking
  • Providing full-cycle recruiting services for temp, temp-to-hire and direct-hire placement
  • Developing job descriptions and posting positions on internal and external websites and job boards
  • Recruiting and screening candidates
  • Conferring with hiring managers on necessary qualifications for each position
  • Conducting thorough and objective candidate referencing, including obtaining applicable background checks
  • Developing and maintaining client and candidate relationships to ensure future business
  • Assisting candidates with the application process and hiring paperwork
  • Assisting with payroll and daily operations of your branch

Requirements :

As the Recruiter role is commission-enhanced, you need to be hungry and driven with a strong motivation to exceed goals – both the company’s and your own!  Specific qualifications for the Recruiter position include:

  • High school diploma or GED; Bachelor’s degree a plus
  • Minimum 1-2 years of recruiting experience within the staffing industry or a corporate environment; 3-5 years of recruiting/staffing experience preferred
  • Prior experience sourcing resumes, posting positions on job boards, and recruiting top-level candidates for open positions
  • Strong interviewing and screening abilities
  • Polished and professional image
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Internet and MS Office Suite
  • Solid organizational, time-management and multitasking skills
  • Willingness to put in extra hours as necessary
