Job Description

Workway Regal is a professional staffing firm, providing Direct Hire and Executive Search services within the areas of Administration, Human Resources, Legal, Marketing and Operations across a variety of industries.  We are looking for a Front Office Coordinator responsible for working collaboratively with centers, departments and staff to ensure patients receive quality customer services and care at all times.  Your specific duties will include:

  • Schedule Patients for Diagnostic Exams and Procedures
  • Checking In / Out Patients
  • Answering Multiple Phone Lines
  • Provide Accurate and Complete Information to Billing Office
  • Insurance Verification
  • Ensure Accuracy of Patient Data Entered Into System
  • Process Requests and Filing of Patient Records

Specific qualifications for the position include

  • HS Diploma or GED required
  • 3-5 years front office medical experience required
  • Strong working knowledge of medical terminology required
