We are looking for a Document Signer responsible for verify signatures for customers and notarize documents. Obtain any documentation from the customer required by the lender or escrow officer such as closing funds and copies of documents
Your specific duties will include:
- Must be professional in the presentation of loan documents, such as the note, settlement statement and Deed of Trust and remain confidential and professional. Give a brief explanation of what the document is that is being executed.
- Supports the organization’s mission, vision, and values by exhibiting the following behaviors: excellence and competence, collaboration, innovation, respect personalization, commitment to our community, and accountability and ownership.
- Take signatures from customers and notarize documents.
Specific qualifications for the position include:
- 1 year related experience reviewing and notarizing documents.
- Possess basic real estate/escrow/title terminology.
- Must have some background knowledge of mortgage lending business.
