Customer Service Representative/Admin Assistant

Workway is a professional staffing firm, working with organizations across the country to place exceptional candidates. We are looking for a Customer Service Representative/Admin Assistant responsible to handle customer needs and concerns, as appropriate.
Your specific duties will include:
- Notify office manager of customer needs and concerns.
- Answer questions utilizing the EZ Reference Guide, provide information as required, direct calls to the appropriate person for assistance, and track all calls.
- Ensure work is scheduled and crews are utilized efficiently, resulting in balanced job scheduling.
- Verify all customers, COIs, source and loss data are entered into SERVPRO® Office Automation (SOA), ensuring accurate and complete SOA databases.
Specific qualifications for the position include:
- High School or Equivalent
- Administrative duties such as data entry, answering phones, e-mail correspondence, etc.
- Candidates need to be bilingual (English & Spanish) –
