We are looking for a Customer Service Rep/Client Intake Specialist I responsible to answer inbound calls from existing and potential customers.
Your specific duties will include:
- Inbound Sales is an extension of sales support to our field sales staff acting as a liaison between field sales and our customers.
- Our goal is to provide an excellent customer experience, through confidently and effectively communicating plan coverage, options, terms and limits to homeowners, real estate agents, transaction coordinators and escrow officers
- The CSR takes 60 – 80 new order and renewal calls per day and maintain consistent knowledge of pricing, contract coverage and limits.
Specific qualifications for the position include:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ year’s customer service experience
- Must be able to type 35 WPM while on the phone with the customer
