Job Description

Workway is a professional staffing firm, working with organizations across the country to place exceptional candidates. We are looking for a Concierge Admin responsible for answering phones and entering sales/contact information into our CRM  We are looking for a candidate that is willing to work flexible hours as the company is open Monday - Friday from 9:00 am - 7:00 pm, Saturdays from 10:00 am - 7:00 pm and Sunday from 10:00 am - 6:00 pm.  Your specific duties will include:

  • Troubleshooting inquires based on live chat, in-person or over the phone conversations with customers.
  • Answering phones.
  • Entering data into the CRM.

Specifc qualifications for the position include

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Must have administrative support experience.
  • Proficiency with MS Office and PC computers.
