We are looking for a Concierge Admin responsible for answering phones and entering sales/contact information into our CRM We are looking for a candidate that is willing to work flexible hours as the company is open Monday - Friday from 9:00 am - 7:00 pm, Saturdays from 10:00 am - 7:00 pm and Sunday from 10:00 am - 6:00 pm. Your specific duties will include:
- Troubleshooting inquires based on live chat, in-person or over the phone conversations with customers.
- Answering phones.
- Entering data into the CRM.
Specifc qualifications for the position include:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Must have administrative support experience.
- Proficiency with MS Office and PC computers.
