Job Description

As a Call Center Rep, you will be handling outbound and inbound calls to gather or clarify information.  Your specific duties in this role will include:

  • Accurately documenting all information pertaining to accounts
  • Meeting or exceeding all performance goals
  • Preparing and/or processing documents (reviewing them for accuracy and completeness; updating information and/or evaluating against policy; comparing elements for consistency or logical relationship, etc.)
  • Receiving researching and responding to incoming questions; providing information, explaining policies and procedures, and/or facilitating a resolutions

Job Requirements

As a Call Center Representative, you must be motivated and reliable, with strong analytic and problem-solving skills. It is also important that you display excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills and the ability to articulate and explain information clearly.  Specific qualifications for the position include:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ years of Data Entry and Customer Service experience is preferred
  • Great communication
  • Strong Telephone Preference
