Job Description

As a Central Operations Specialist, you will conduct day-to-day processing operations for Bank branches (e.g. review and verify documentation, report items, update files). At the same time, you will cross-sell additional bank products to customers as the opportunity arises. Your specific duties as a Bank Teller will include:

  • Responsibilities include balance DDA work in progress, GL and internal bank accounts, process and research wire transfers, balance cash value, process cash orders, large item reviews, returned item and NSF processing, ACH origination transactions and assist with ATM/Debit Cards. 

Job Requirements

As a Central Operations Specialist, you must be highly organized and detail oriented, with strong multitasking, problem-solving and follow-up skills. Specific qualifications for this position include:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 2+ years of branch operations experience
