Currently, we are seeking a highly motivated Asset Preservation Coordinator in Plano, TX. Our client provides a mortgage field services including property inspectionsproperty preservationREO property maintenance, valuation services and more. They strive to hire the best people in our industry who share our values and are committed to providing exceptional service. 

Job Responsibilities 

  • Process FHA Claims
  • Review HUD
  • Convey Conditions
  • Receive and review incoming work, prioritize, contact appropriate resources as needed; enter transactions into PC using multiple systems 
  • Verify accuracy; resolve general customer issues using multiple resources and records
  • Prepare, edit, distribute , and/or correcting specialized and/or complex documents/notes/entries
  • Contact customer with any questions or concerns. Works to minimize risks
  • Monitor queue, ensuring necessary property preservation work is completed
  • Ensure all work is completed accurately in compliance with client specifications and company policies
  • May occasionally be asked to cover the reception desk routing incoming calls and managing the visitor sign-in/out.

Job Requirements 

  • 2 plus years in Property Preservation and Asset Management
  • Experience with processing FHA Claims, reviewing HUDs and Conveying Conditions
  • 1 plus year of customer service experience
  • Previous sales/cross-selling experience
  • High School or College degree
  • Must demonstrate excellent customer service skills
  • Must be flexible and able to multi-task
  • Strong communication skills, good computer skills (Microsoft Office) and present a professional image
