We are looking for an Ariba Support responsible for assisting end users with functional and technical issue resolution. Your specific duties will include:
- Triage Support Requests Serve as primary point of contact for issue resolution Investigate all reported issues
- Resolve Tier 1 issues
- Escalate Tier 2 issues
- Create standard responses to common requests
Specific qualifications for the position include:
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- 1+ years of customer service/technical support experience.
- Ariba, SAP or Oracle experience preferred.
