We are looking for a Administrative Assistant responsible for coordinating and performing department administrative activities including, but not limited to, storing,retrieving & integrating information for dissemination to staff, customers, clients, vendors, patients and families. You will coordinate functions required to ensure smooth operations, plans & execution of projects working with external, inter & intra departmental teams to support department.
Specific qualifications for the position include:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- 2+ years of administrative experience supporting executives and/or high level managerial positions required.
- Proficiency in MS Office including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint required.
