Job Description

As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for filing, scanning, copying, expediting, and supporting with various tasks as assigned.  Your specific duties in this role will include:

  • Preparing and sending outgoing mail
  • Checking and entering data
  • Updating and maintaining databases
  • Filing - both paper and electronic

Job Requirements

As an Administrative Assistant, you must be motivated and reliable, with strong analytic and problem-solving skills. It is also important that you display excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills and the ability to articulate and explain information clearly.  Specific qualifications for the Administrative Assistant position include:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ years of experience in an Office setting
