Title Examiner FT Temp-To-Hire

Workway is a professional staffing firm, working with organizations across the country to place exceptional candidates. We are looking for a Title Examiner responsible for searching records and examining titles ranging in complexity to determine the status of the title.  Your specific duties will include:

• Examine deeds, mortgages, easements, judgments and tax assessments.
• Read Metes and Bounds.
• Verify vesting, encumbrances to title and title exceptions.
• Prepare commitments and policies.

Specific qualifications for the position include:

• 3-5 years of title examinations experience required.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Requires strong proficiency in MS Office.
