Remote Disclosure Specialist Direct Hire

Currently, we have an opportunity to work with one of the nation’s leading home mortgage lenders in the country as you help to provide homebuyers with reliable one-stop service! As a Disclosure Specialist, you will be handling the entire setup process of the loan file to include RESPA disclosures

Your specific duties in this role will include:

• Responsible for re-disclosing when the loan has a qualifying change of circumstance within TRIDs required 3-day time period.
• Escalate and report deficiencies identified to Brokers, Loan Officers, Sales Partners, and management.
• Ensure that all loan documentation is complete, accurate, verified, and complies with company policy and Federal and State regulations at the time of mortgage loan application.
• Assist Brokers, Loan Officers, or other Sales partners with issues related to the disclosure process, fees, and the status of the loan.
• Provide exceptional customer service levels.

Job Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years’ recent experience in the mortgage industry required.
• Current knowledge of TRID regulations required.
• Strong knowledge in “A” Paper, FNMA/FHLMC, FHA/VA, USDA, and Bond programs required.
