Accounts Payable FT Temp-To-Hire

We are looking for an AP Specialist responsible for the core invoice processing functions moving invoices from receipt to the posting of the invoice into the general ledger (SAP) through the E-Procurement platform (StarSource). Your specific duties will include:

• Works with the conventional processing of invoices and goods receipt verification using a three-way match, as well as the processing of credit memos
• Processes customer service requests using the ServiceNow ticket management system, assists and supports buyers, and resolves vendor issues.
• Determines the nature of inquiries and escalates or routes as needed to the disbursement desk, vendor master, or AP processors for invoice research

Specific qualifications for the position include:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year minimum of Accounts Payable experience.
