Annual July 4th celebration with my son!

By way of introduction my name in Rachel Franchi and I have been a successful Recruiting Manager for nearly 20 years. As a Recruiting Manager for Workway, I tenaciously work on Direct Hire, Contingent and Retained searches for mid- to senior-level professionals in the mortgage, banking, financial services, healthcare, and hospitality industries. Additionally, I preside over the West Coast, specifically in California, Arizona, Washington, Oregon, and Colorado.

With progressive years of experience, I understand the complexity of working in a corporate recruitment environment because my background is that of a corporate recruitment. My vast recruiting history, extensive industry knowledge and hands-on experience with corporate staffing processes allow me to engage in collaborative and effective relationships with my clients.
One could say that recruiting is in my blood. My family owned a staffing agency when I was young, and it was where I got my start in the recruiting industry. Early in life, I discovered my passion for placing the right person in the right job. As a results-driven, client-centric Recruiting Manager, I embrace the challenge of defining and actualizing a client’s vision, and enjoy delivering superior performance to achieve results.

Although that may be true, rest assured I possess both tenacity and talent. Moreover, I pride myself in overcoming challenges and fulfilling staffing requirements that would have otherwise been thought of as impossible. If you require a 40-something CPA who speaks fluent English, Mandarin, Punjabi, and German, and also lives in Supai, Arizona – your wish is my command.
Furthermore, I know that time is of the essence.  I understand that when a client needs to fill a position or bolster their workforce, productivity and revenue are at stake, causing a business to suffer. That is why I am on your schedule – I am available to my clients 24/7.

When you work with me, from a candidate perspective, you work with a trusted friend. The need for trust arises from our interdependence to achieve a common goal. As our interests are intertwined in the recruiting process, we must acknowledge that trust can only be validated through candor and proper vetting.
