Punctuality and reliable attendance are important to your success on this assignment. If you must be absent or late because of an illness or an emergency, contact your recruiter within 30 minutes of your regularly scheduled starting time. Please do not contact the Customer; we will notify them.
Workway BancForce employees many not take personal property to the Customer work site. Employees who choose to bring personal property with them to work do so at their own discretion and at their own risk. Should said items be lost/stolen/damaged the employee bears complete responsibility and holds Workway BancForce and the Customer free of any liabilities.
The client’s e-mail and phone should only be used for client-related business.
When communicating with Workway, or with any other non-client related person, you should never use their equipment or their telephones. Please use your personal cell phone and e-mail.
Additionally, any communications should occur during a work-break or before/after your scheduled work hours unless it is an emergency.
It is expected that employees maintain a clean and neat appearance and project a professional and business-like image in dealing with other employees, customers, and the general public. Employees who report to work inappropriately dressed may be asked to clock out and return to work in acceptable attire. If employees have questions regarding appropriate attire, they should consult with your recruiter.

Office hours may vary from Customer to Customer and employees must follow the customer’s schedule. Your recruiter will communicate the work days and office hours for your specific assignment.
Overtime requires the Customer’s approval while on this assignment. If approved, you will be paid overtime rates in accordance with state and federal laws.
